The maximum EVAP incentive amount is scheduled to be reduced to $4,000 as of January 1, 2027, and to decline annually thereafter – until program termination currently set for March 31, 2031 (or until available funds are exhausted). The maximum incentive amount varies depending on the lease term; shorter lease terms may qualify for a lesser incentive amount.
